My dog gives me this incredibly ugly look for a squashy-faced shih tzu and makes a point of not doing anything helpful for me at all. Mostly he just walks away where there's horrible lighting and then looks at me like "Well? Whatcha gonna do?"
They both look darling!!
Though the Pembroke looks more like on the front paws really long nails...

Not nails -- that's pawpad fur. My dogs get their nails ground all the time. Look close though, you can see his nails are very short and very well kept. I'm a really neurotic person about nails on dogs.
He was very bummed with me that I went and trimmed his paw-pad puff after this though. He'd been working on those funny little tufts!

I hear you about the nails. Every time my dogs gets long and I can hear them clicking
on the hardwood flooring in my home it drives me nuts.
But your Corgi's look so cute. I'd keep careful eye on them!
I may "Come by where you live" just to take them home back to my Country!
