Pembroke and Cardigan by SilverblueCat Pembroke and Cardigan by SilverblueCat
Heh. I had to laugh at this one. Someone asked me to take a picture of my Pembroke. Of course, the moment I went to go grab a quick shot of Riley, Simon heard me, heard me clip on another lens and...

Simon - "Wait, there is a camera! You must be taking pictures of me!!! Here I am! Here I ammmm! Wait for me! Woot, camera!!!"

Riley is like "... I'm just going to ignore him."

Riley, you're way too serious. Simon, you're a camera hog.

(Also, poor Riley. I realized he needed his fur on his pawpads trimmed after this shot and I added a :( to his whole day. First Simon takes his limelight, and then I go get the trimmer. Poor little fluff-tuft-paws! ;) )

I know that Pembrokes don't have a tail, but are they also smaller than Cardigans?

Love this shot. I wish my dogs came running when I grabbed the camera.

I can't beileve your dog wanted his picture taken XD
My dog gives me this incredibly ugly look for a squashy-faced shih tzu and makes a point of not doing anything helpful for me at all. Mostly he just walks away where there's horrible lighting and then looks at me like "Well? Whatcha gonna do?"

Very adorable!
They both look darling!!
Though the Pembroke looks more like on the front paws really long nails...

I'd steal them from your yard.. Beware! >]

*laughs* Read the description, I actually made mention of this, because I realized it could sort of look like that was nail.

Not nails -- that's pawpad fur. My dogs get their nails ground all the time. Look close though, you can see his nails are very short and very well kept. I'm a really neurotic person about nails on dogs.

He was very bummed with me that I went and trimmed his paw-pad puff after this though. He'd been working on those funny little tufts!

Well that was the reason for my silly comment about the
fur in-between the toes looking like nails in-front.

I hear you about the nails. Every time my dogs gets long and I can hear them clicking
on the hardwood flooring in my home it drives me nuts.

But your Corgi's look so cute. I'd keep careful eye on them!
I may "Come by where you live" just to take them home back to my Country!

Oh! Okay! I had someone go, no, no those are nails, and I went noooooo, it's weird Pembroke puff-paw fluff! My bad, I wasn't sure that's what you were teasing, went back, read it and felt like a little bit of a twink! XD <3

Hhahaha, yeah, no, I have hardwood too, and oh, the tickatickaticka just makes me twitch. <3

Aw, no, no stealing! Well... maybe the Pembroke. He totally would be okay with it, if you have cookies!

It's okay! xD Sometimes we read differently than what our eyes and brain
correspond to. xD
I would feed them doggy cookies! We don't need them killing over from something harmful. >_<!
